Tim van Dijk

Tim van Dijk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security culture and awareness, currently serving as a Security Culture Specialist at Adyen since October 2025. Prior to this role, Tim held positions including Senior Security Culture & Awareness Specialist at ASML, where the focus was on creating engaging learning experiences in security best practices. Tim founded The Aloha Company NL, driving creativity and employee engagement through activation campaigns and workshops. Previous roles at Frisse Blikken, Bvolve, Lamme Textile Management, MyMayan, and Leurs & van Dijk contributed to a diverse background in project management, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Tim holds a Master of Science in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam and completed additional international business studies at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
