Ian Ward has a long and varied work experience. Ian started their career in 1997 as an Online Developer at Moocow Digital Media, where they developed and hosted websites, touchscreen systems, screensavers, and CD-ROM multimedia applications. In 2000, they moved to Project Telecom Ltd as a Senior Online Developer, where they developed bespoke intranet systems, touchscreens, and websites for Project Telecom and external clients. Ian also developed a PDA application for Project Telecom's remote working installation engineers. In 2003, they joined Vodafone as a Senior Online Developer and was responsible for bespoke website development and hosting, including the Vodafone Help Centre and Forum. In 2009, they worked as a Senior Developer at Sapient and as a Freelance Software Developer while also being self-employed. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Timico Ltd as a Web Manager and Senior Developer, where they were responsible for all customer-facing websites for both the Business and Enterprise divisions. Since 2017, they have been working at Adzooma as a Senior Tech Lead, Team Lead, and Senior Web Developer.
Ian Ward attended the University of Hull from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a BSc in Computer Science.
