Harley Haynes

Harley Haynes is an experienced project administrator with a diverse background in engineering and transportation services. Currently serving as a Project Administrator at WSB since September 2024 and AE Engineering, Inc. since June 2023, Harley has previously held roles including Project Manager at Conti LLC and Senior ITS Inspector at AE Engineering, Inc. Additional experience includes positions such as Engineering Sales at Intelligent Transportation Services, Inc., ITS Superintendent at Ion Electric Service LLC, and various technician roles in fiber optics and networking. Harley's career began in 2001, demonstrating a strong foundation in fiber optics and supervisory roles within multiple organizations. Education was completed at Forest High School from 1992 to 1995.
