Edward Chen

Edward Chen is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Data Science at AE Studio since January 2016, Edward defines and executes the data science strategy while managing a team of data scientists and developers. Prior to this, Edward worked at Crunchbutton as a Data Scientist, where responsibilities included implementing logistics systems and developing predictive models. From 2007 to 2014, Edward was a Research Analyst at Analytic Investors, focusing on factor-based algorithms for stock valuation and performance monitoring. Edward holds a PhD in Experimental High Energy Physics from Caltech and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Physics from Harvard University. Edward was awarded the CFA charter in 2011.
