Riteeka Bharani

Riteeka Bharani has a diverse work experience in the fields of product design, design research, interior design, and architecture. Riteeka currently works at AE Studio as a Product Designer and Manager, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at HP as a Design Research Lead for the SCADpro Collaboration from June 2020 to September 2020. In this role, they led research and data analysis to identify challenges faced by students and teachers during the pandemic, as well as facilitated interviews and managed a multidisciplinary team.

Before their role at HP, Riteeka worked as a Freelance Designer in 2019, where they executed interior designs for two apartments in Mumbai and planned the redesign of an Interior Design and Materials showroom. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at SJK Architects as an Architect, managing the design, planning, and construction of a 11000 sq. ft farmhouse in Alibaug, India, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Riteeka started their career as a Design Intern at Patch Design Studio in 2015. During this internship, they managed the design and execution of a temporary exhibit, designed office interiors and furniture in Kolkata, and contributed to furniture and light-fixture designs for a restaurant-cafe in Mumbai.

Riteeka Bharani completed their Bachelor of Architecture degree in Architecture from Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute of Architecture and Environmental Studies from 2011 to 2016. Riteeka then pursued a Master of Arts in Design Management from Savannah College of Art and Design from 2019 to 2020.
