William Grisa

William Grisa has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. William is currently working as a Full Stack Engineer at AE Studio, where they focus on increasing human agency through technology. Prior to this, they worked at Imperium Markets as a Full Stack Engineer, where they digitized financial markets using Agile methodologies and API-first approach. William also has experience as a Lead Software Engineer at Bravi Software, where they played a key role in team leadership, training, and company growth. William has worked on projects in various countries, utilizing Agile methodologies and open-source web frameworks. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Systems Analyst and .NET Developer at NDDigital S/A, where they were responsible for systems integration and leading the integration area of the invoice system.

William Grisa obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the Universidade do Planalto Catarinense from 2006 to 2010. In 2015, they also obtained a Professional Coach Certification from SLAC Coaching - Sociedade Latino Americana de Coaching®.
