Kris Laes is an experienced IT consultant and cyber security expert with over 20 years in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager Cyber Security at Brussels Airport, Kris has played a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's cyber security posture through strategic project management, including the implementation of key cyber security initiatives and achieving ISO 27K re-certification. Previous roles include leadership positions in IT test engineering at BNP Paribas Fortis and operational management at Quasus. Additionally, Kris contributes as a member of the Beltug Security Task Force and holds the title of Principal Consultant at AE nv/sa. Education includes a degree in TEW from KU Leuven.
