Nico Verdonk is a seasoned professional in the field of quality assurance and test automation with extensive experience at various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Consultant QA at AE nv/sa since January 2016, Nico focuses on creating sustainable value through innovation, digital platform architecture, and customer experience design. In addition, Nico has owned a consultancy since January 2020. Prior to AE nv/sa, Nico held positions as Service Manager and Senior Test Automation Consultant at Quasus from January 2008 to December 2015, contributing to the company’s growth in the IT consultancy sector. Earlier experience includes working as an Expert Test Engineer at CTG Belgium from October 2004 to January 2008, where responsibilities included creating QTP frameworks and documenting test tooling guidelines for financial web applications. Nico holds a degree in Information Management & Systems from Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen, completed in 2004.
