Steven Strobbe

Steven Strobbe is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in IT, specializing in portfolio, program, and project management. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at AE nv/sa since June 2016, Steven is involved in project delivery maturity improvement and has worked with notable clients including Securex, Colruyt Group, and Collect&Go. In parallel, as the owner of StrobCo BVBA, Steven provides consultancy services and coaching to enhance project management practices. Previous roles include Project Manager at Securex and Senior Project Manager at IBM, where Steven managed large-scale development and integration projects for significant clients such as ABN-AMRO and Electrabel. Steven's career began at Cognitive Systems Europe and progressed through positions at Cap Gemini and Manpower, demonstrating a strong foundation in team leadership and technical architecture.
