Lane Volkmann

Lane Volkmann is an Engineer In Training at AE2S (Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc.) since January 2020, following experience as a Summer Intern at FOX Engineering Associates, Inc. from May 2016 to August 2019. During the internship, Lane designed a sanitary sewer system for a residential development, created municipal wastewater treatment plant record drawings, and evaluated hydraulic capacity for renovations. Additional roles included SWPPP Inspector, overseeing stormwater pollution prevention at multiple construction sites, and Engineering Technician, responsible for construction inspection across civil engineering projects. Lane holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Environmental Studies from Iowa State University, obtained in 2019.
