Michael Bibow

Michael Bibow is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in multidisciplinary design, project and construction management, and owner representation. As Operations Director and Project Manager at AE2S since June 2018, Michael has demonstrated expertise in transportation design, municipal engineering, site development, contract administration, and project budgeting. Prior to this role, Michael served as Manager of Pre-Construction Services and Civil Engineer for an International Heavy Civil General Contractor, overseeing engineering, estimating, and purchasing for large-scale construction projects across North America and focusing on private rail facility designs. Early career experience includes roles in construction sales and estimating at Menards. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University and has additional studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
