Scott Schaefer is currently the Practices Director at AE2S, where they lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives focused on technical excellence while managing the majority of the AE2S Practice Leaders. Prior to this role, Scott served as the Wastewater Practice Leader at AE2S, overseeing various activities within the Wastewater Group from 2010 to 2021, and worked as a Project Engineer for Malcolm Pirnie and Howard R Green from 2005 to 2010. Scott holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Iowa State University.
