Hesham Hussein

Hesham Hussein, PMP, is a Senior Resident Engineer and Project Director with 33 years of experience in civil engineering within the construction field, specializing in project execution, consulting, and management. Over the past 23 years, they have worked in the GCC region, particularly in Qatar and the UAE, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex residential, industrial, and hospitality projects. Hesham earned a B.Sc. in Civil (Structural Engineering) from Cairo University in 1992 and a Professional Project Management Diploma from the American University in Cairo. Currently, they serve as a Sr. Resident Engineer at AE7, overseeing significant developments, including the Maydan District One Community and Damac Safa One Towers.
