Hugo Pipa

Hugo Pipa is an award-winning registered architect, LEED and PMP accredited professional, who has over 20 years of post-graduate experience, including 13 years in the Middle East. Currently serving as the Director of Masterplanning and Urban Design at AE7 since 2021, Hugo has been instrumental in overseeing large, high-profile development projects since joining the firm in 2013. Previously, Hugo held roles at Quaternaire Portugal, Murray O’Laoire Architects, and AECOM, contributing technical expertise in urban design and project management. Hugo earned a Master's degree in civil engineering and construction from the Lisbon School of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in architecture and planning from the Faculty of Architecture at Universidade Técnica de Lisboa.
