Paul Bowyer

Paul Bowyer is a seasoned professional in the wine industry, currently serving as the Country Manager for AEB Oceania. They completed a double major in chemistry and a PhD at UNSW, and conducted post-doctoral research at the University of Basel and the Australian National University. Paul has held various academic positions, including Lecturer in Oenology at the University of Adelaide and Charles Sturt University, where they received a teaching excellence award. Transitioning to the commercial sector, they worked as the Technical Manager Australasia for Laffort and later as the Group Oenologist at Blue H2O Filtration, contributing significantly to the promotion of wine filterability analysis.
