Nina Rolleston

Nina Rolleston has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Nina is currently the Head of Human Resources at AEB since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Methodist Homes MHA, where they held various roles including Human Resources Lead from June 2021 to December 2021, People Change Manager from June 2017 to June 2021, HR Business Partner from May 2014 to June 2017, and HR Manager from October 2008 to May 2014. Before joining Methodist Homes MHA, they also gained experience as an HR Officer at Leicestershire Constabulary from February 2002 to October 2008.

Nina Rolleston obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Derby. Nina attended this institution from 1994 to 1997. Later on, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services at De Montfort University from 2003 to 2005.
