Ednilson Andrade

Ednilson Andrade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. At AeC, Ednilson served as Coordenador de Pessoas and Gerente de Pessoas from August 2021 to November 2023, leading various initiatives in people management. Prior to this, Ednilson was involved in multiple roles, including Analista de Recursos Humanos, Supervisor de Pessoas, Atendimento ao cliente, and Instrutor de Treinamento at AeC Contact Center from June 2016 to April 2019. Ednilson holds a degree in Physics from Universidade Federal da Paraíba and is pursuing a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering at Faculdade Maurício de Nassau, completing studies from 2018 to 2023.
