Tim Hooper

Tim Hooper serves as the President and Owner of AEC Engineering, a company specializing in the design and fabrication of custom control panels for industrial automation since April 2020. With a background spanning over two decades, Tim held the position of President at The Connectivity Group from April 2016 to February 2019, where the focus was on low voltage design and installation services and the development of new products in Audio-Visual, Sound Masking, and Security. Prior to that, Tim served as VP of Sales and Marketing at Connectivity Point from March 2002 to March 2016, contributing to the company's growth from six to over eighty employees. Tim's early career includes roles as Account Director at Pierce Promotions and various positions at The Portland Press Herald from Sales Assistant to Sales Manager. Tim earned a BA in Economics from the University of Maine between 1985 and 1989.
