Doug Blue is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product management and technology leadership. Currently serving as Chief Product and Technology Officer at aecc since January 2024, Doug previously held significant roles, including Director of SEEK Learning and Career Services, where responsibility included the strategic transition into a marketplace for career and education services. Doug has also contributed as a Board Advisor at GradConnection and Chair of the Advisory Board for SEEK Volunteer, Australia's largest online volunteering platform. With a background in managing various corporate divisions, such as Product Management and Customer Marketing at SEEK and realestate.com.au, Doug has been instrumental in driving product innovation and growth across several leading organizations. Doug’s academic credentials include an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona, along with a unique foundation as a United States Submarine Officer.
