Ada Marmion has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and organizations. Ada is currently the Director of Partnerships Knowledge and Impact at AECF, a position they started in September 2022. Ada Marmion has an extensive education history with a focus on finance and sustainable development. In 2004, they completed their bachelor's degree in International Affairs at Sciences Po. Ada then pursued further education in 2008, earning a master's degree in Environment & Development from King's College London. During their studies, they also had the opportunity to study abroad as an exchange student at the University of California, Berkeley, where they focused on Political Ecology.

Ada continued to expand their expertise in finance by completing a Certified Expert in Microfinance program at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in 2013. The following year, they obtained further specialization in project finance for sustainable energy through the Certified Expert in Project finance for sustainable energy program, also at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

Their latest educational achievement was in 2021, when they enrolled in the Climate adaptation finance e-learning program at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, focusing specifically on climate finance.
