Caroline Toroitich

Caroline Toroitich, PhD, is a seasoned professional in energy access, clean cooking, and policy advocacy, currently serving as Associate Director of Energy at AECF. They previously managed the Africa Clean Energy Technical Assistance Facility for Coffey, improving the enabling environment for private sector energy solutions across Kenya, Somalia, and Ghana. Caroline's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Energy Access Consultant, Sector Team Lead at The AECF, and Program Coordinator at Sustainable Energy for All, where they have led diverse initiatives aimed at enhancing energy access for marginalized communities. They hold a PhD from the University of Eldoret and an MPhil in Environmental Studies from Moi University.
