Mark Gray

Mark Gray is a seasoned leader in the aerospace and defense technology sectors, currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Board Member for multiple private equity-sponsored companies. Previously, Gray was President and CEO of ASRC Federal, where they significantly expanded the enterprise's capabilities and market presence. They hold extensive experience in business development and M&A, having successfully managed operations at various organizations, including URS Corporation and Anteon Corporation. Gray is also an active member of the Dean’s Advisory Committee at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, contributing industry insight to the institution's strategic development. They earned their degree from the University of Notre Dame.
