Greg Shaw is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the aviation and security sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager, Head of Human Resources for Australia and Papua New Guinea at AECI Mining since February 2025, Greg previously held key roles including National Manager - People, Culture & Transformation at Certis and Department Head, Manager People & Culture at ISS Facility Services. With a career spanning several renowned companies such as Flight Disruptions, Etihad, Emirates, Cathay Pacific Airways, and Singapore Airlines, Greg has developed expertise in people management, operations, and customer service. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Human Resources Management from Australian Pacific College and various certifications from IOSH and IATA Training, enhancing a strong foundation in occupational health and safety as well as airport management.
