Simon Hloka is an Engineering Team Manager with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in plant maintenance and team management. From 2008 to 2018, Simon worked at AEL Mining Services as a Reliability Team Member, where they developed maintenance schedules, managed safety inspections, and trained apprentices. They also held the position of Machine Operator at Johnson Matthey and AEL Mining Services in 2005. Simon is currently enhancing their management skills through the Middle Management Development Programme at GIBS Business School, following a Foundation Management Development Programme completed in 2018.
