Thinus Bierman

Thinus Bierman is the Managing Director of AECI Germany GmbH and has held various leadership roles within AECI Mining, including Managing Executive of Mining Chemicals and Executive Director for Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to this, they served as Managing Director for West and Central Africa at AEL Mining Services and have experience as an Explosives Engineer and Business Manager in the mining industry. Thinus earned a Master’s Development Program in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Africa and holds a National Higher Diploma in Mining from the Witwatersrand School of Mines. Their extensive career in the mining sector spans several decades, contributing to their expertise in the field.
