Charles Evans has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charles started their career in 1998 as a Web Developer Consultant at S.C. Johnson, where they designed and maintained websites and created training programs. Charles then worked as a Developer & Network Administrator at Townsqr Internet, where they provided reliable internet service and supported network transitions.

In 2005, Evans joined RedPrairie as an IT Global Applications Leader, responsible for deploying internal corporate systems and creating an IT Application Support Team. Charles later became an IT Architect, where they developed and supported custom applications and infrastructure to accommodate the company's rapid growth.

Evans co-founded Tagallant in 2004, a consulting organization that developed industry-specific software products. Charles served as the client account executive and led the development of solutions for various clients.

In 2014, Evans founded MetaMythic, a company focused on using storytelling to drive positive change in organizations. Charles served as the Founder and Head of Customer Success, overseeing the development of learning experiences and products.

Since 2019, Evans has been working at Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. In their previous roles, they led technology transformation initiatives, managed IS infrastructure and operations, and was responsible for transforming disparate information services teams into a high-performing department. Charles also served as an EMS Team Supervisor, improving team structure and reducing backlog work items.
