Dean Thrall

Dean Thrall is currently the Senior Manager of Gas Plant Operations at Associated Electric Cooperative Inc., a position held since 2025. They previously served as Operations Director at EthosEnergy and held various roles including Plant Manager at GE and Operations Manager at Calpine, where they contributed to the startup of a combined cycle power plant. Dean began their career as a Control Room Operator at Tenaska and has gained extensive experience in the energy sector through various managerial and engineering positions. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Science in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M University-Commerce, completed in 2016.
