Gary Fleming

Gary Fleming is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and training management across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Associated Electric Cooperative Inc since January 2014, Gary partners with the plant to address HR-related needs and provide strategic leadership. Previous roles include significant contributions at Newmont Mining Company, where Gary managed SAP project implementation and global training initiatives, along with leadership positions in learning and development. Gary's earlier experience includes management roles in performance improvement and HR at TransAlta Corporation, training management at CompUSA, and various leadership positions within the U.S. Army, where responsibilities included directing human resources and managing educational programs. Gary holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Pacific Lutheran University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Washington State University.
