Ken Lance

Ken Lance is an experienced manager in the energy sector, currently serving as the Manager of Major Gas Projects at Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. since December 2020, where responsibilities include project sponsorship and leadership of significant gas generation projects. Prior roles at AECI included Acting Senior Plant Manager at New Madrid Power Plant and Manager of Gas Plant Operations, overseeing operations and maintenance of combustion turbine fleets. Before AECI, Ken spent over 16 years at NAES, managing a large combined cycle power facility and leading operations and maintenance teams. Ken's career began in the US Navy, where duties included the operation and maintenance of nuclear propulsion systems. Ken holds an Associate's degree from Jackson College.
