Principal Engineer (thermal Performance) at Associated Electric Cooperative

Michael Statler has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael started their career as an Avionics Technician in the United States Marine Corps from October 1987 to October 1991. Following their military service, they worked as a Chemical Lab Technician at Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. from 1997 to 2005, gradually progressing to the role of Performance Specialist and then Principal Performance Specialist until December 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Senior Engineer (Thermal Performance) and later as a Principal Engineer (Thermal Performance) at the same company. Alongside their corporate roles, they also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Three Rivers College starting from 2002 until May 2017.

Michael Statler completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 1996. Prior to that, they attended St. Louis Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies in 1994. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from William Woods University from 1998 to 2000. Lastly, they recently completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Science & Analytic Storytelling from Truman State University in 2022.
