Robert Winters

Robert Winters is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in predictive maintenance and engineering in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Predictive Maintenance Engineer at Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc. since March 2012, Robert provides technical assistance and program guidance for predictive maintenance technologies at coal-fired plants. Previously, Robert worked as a Consulting Engineer at GSM Development, advising clients on maintenance programs, and held the role of Procurement Engineer at Ameren, where responsibilities included managing spare parts resources for Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization systems and developing maintenance procedures. Robert's earlier experience includes roles as Predictive Maintenance Engineer and Systems Engineer at Entergy, focusing on equipment monitoring and performance analysis to minimize operational disruptions. Robert holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from The Ohio State University and Mississippi State University, respectively.
