Leo Mncube

Leo Mncube is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Management and Succession Planning at AECI Limited. Previously, Leo held various roles including Group Training Manager at AECI Mining and Training and Development Manager at AEL Mining Services. With extensive experience in developing training strategies and managing talent initiatives, Leo has contributed to organizations like Unilever and Sasol in learning and development capacities. Leo is also pursuing a Master of Commerce in Business Management at the University of Johannesburg and holds an MBA from Mancosa Graduate School of Business.
