Shane Allard

Shane Allard has extensive experience in nuclear operations assessment and management, with a career spanning several decades in the nuclear industry. Currently serving as a Nuclear Operations Assessment Specialist at both CNL Canadian Nuclear Laboratories and Atomic Energy of Canada since 2013, Shane focuses on promoting excellence and performance improvement within organizations. Additionally, Shane has been an Evaluation Specialist at AECL since 2011, responsible for assessing program performance through rigorous data analysis. With a foundational role as Nuclear Fuel Manager and Supervisor at Atomic Energy of Canada Limited from 1978 to 2011, Shane accumulated 33 years of experience in Nuclear Fuel Fabrication, inventory control, and regulatory inspections. Shane's educational background includes certifications in non-destructive testing and radiation safety, along with training from reputable institutions such as Quality Management Institute and Mohawk College.
