AECO Digitech provides strategic advisory support for AECO leaders seeking practical, measurable improvement in efficiency, decision-making, digital delivery, technology adoption, and organizational growth.

We help owners, AEC firms, contractors, and industry organizations improve performance through practical, research-informed, solution-neutral advisory support. Our work begins by understanding the performance the organization wants to improve, assessing current conditions, identifying gaps and opportunities, analyzing root causes, and developing tailored intervention sets that can be implemented, managed, and evaluated over time.

Our areas of focus include:

• Performance improvement assessment
• Digital delivery strategy
• BIM/VDC/CAD standards and workflows
• Technology adoption and change advisory
• Owner requirements and information management
• Strategic implementation planning
• Evaluation and sustainment of improvement initiatives

Led by Dr. Johnny Fortune, AECO Digitech brings together AECO digital technology expertise, national standards leadership, change management, instructional design, and human performance technology. Johnny’s background includes consulting, project leadership, standards development, national BIM/CAD initiatives, digital transformation, performance improvement, and technology adoption across the built environment.

We are not a staff augmentation, drafting, or low-cost production support provider. Our focus is strategic advisory, decision support, research-informed assessment, implementation planning, change management, and measurable performance improvement.

Start with the performance you want to improve.
