Aditya Kale

Aditya Kale, CMIT, is a construction project management professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Construction Project Manager Associate at AECOM since April 2025, Aditya previously held the position of Assistant Project Manager at Urban Genesis from January 2023 to April 2025. Prior roles include Facade Engineer at Hatfield Group from July 2021 to January 2023, and Field Intern at ECS Limited from September 2020 to July 2021. Aditya began the career as a Field Engineer Intern at Arihant Associates in India, where responsibilities included site engineering, maintaining project schedules, and conducting quantity take-offs. Aditya holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
