Allen Cantrell, P.E. is an experienced bridge engineer with a robust background in structural assessment of both underwater and above-water structures. Since January 2017, Allen has been employed at AECOM, contributing expertise in bridge engineering. Prior to this role, Allen served as Engineer III - Project Manager at Collins Engineers, Inc. from January 2013 to December 2016, focusing on the assessment of waterfront, bridge, and ancillary structures. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Engineer at Stantec Consulting Services Inc. from May 2009 to January 2013, where responsibilities included geotechnical explorations and hydrologic analysis. Allen holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky, along with training as an Entry Level Commercial Diver from the Minnesota Commercial Diver Training Center.
