Amelia Cane, AICP, is a Sustainability and Resilience Planner currently consulting for communities across the US at AECOM, where they support the development of plans through research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, Amelia led the Climate Action Program at Marina Coast Water District, coordinated strategic planning efforts, and conducted feasibility analyses on emission reduction strategies. They started their career as a Climate Action Fellow with CivicSpark, developing the District's first climate action plan and generating a greenhouse gas emissions inventory. Amelia holds a Bachelor of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning, with a minor in Sustainable Environments from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
