Amina Hammodat

Amina Hammodat is a graduate engineer specializing in water engineering, currently employed at AECOM from October 2022 to September 2024, focusing on the design and analysis of wet utility networks and modeling with WaterGEMS and SewerGEMS. Prior experience includes serving as a water engineer and graduate research and teaching assistant at the American University of Sharjah from September 2018 to May 2020, where responsibilities involved preparing lab experiments and conducting research. Amina has also held internships at Arabtec Construction LLC, Binladin Contracting Group, and HDR | Bradbrook Consulting, gaining valuable civil engineering experience. Amina holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, awarded in 2020 with a GPA of 3.78/4.0, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, earned in 2018 with a GPA of 3.64/4.0.
