Andrew Childs

Andrew Childs is currently the Associate Director and Principal Mechanical Engineer at AECOM, where they develop sustainable solutions for comfortable indoor environments across various sectors. Andrew transitioned into engineering after working in retail, where they held multiple positions at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, including Department Manager and Department Supervisor. They began their engineering career at AECOM as an Engineering Trainee and progressed through roles such as Senior Engineer. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) with Upper Second-class Honours from The Open University between 2011 and 2016.
