Andrew Messer is a Principal Hydrogeologist with extensive experience in the field, currently with AECOM since 2001. Prior roles include serving as Principal Hydrogeologist at URS Corporation, an AECOM Company, from 2001 to 2014, and as Senior Hydrogeologist at IT Corp from 2000 to 2001. Andrew's career in hydrogeology began at Errol L. Montgomery & Associates, Inc., where services were provided from 1986 to 2000. Andrew holds a Master's Degree in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's Degree in Geology/Earth Science from Appalachian State University.
