Andy Barker

Andy Barker has extensive experience in environmental and ground engineering, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Europe and India at AECOM since December 2005. Prior roles at AECOM include Managing Director and Operations Director in the Environment and Ground Engineering sectors. Additionally, Andy Barker has been a Member of the Board of Trustees for Garganey Trust since January 1998 and held various positions at Bullen Consultants from 1998 to 2005, including Regional Director and Associate Director. Earlier career experience includes roles as Senior Ecologist and Ecologist with the City of Bradford Metropolitan Council from 1990 to 1998. Andy Barker holds a BSc in Geography from Kingston University, completed between 1986 and 1989.
