Andy Harley is an experienced construction professional with a background in civil engineering and construction management. With early career experience as a Design Engineer at William Davis, Andy progressed through various roles including Assistant Site Manager at Costain and Adoptions Engineer at Severn Trent Water. Andy served as a Senior Project Engineer at Barratt Developments plc, and later took on project management roles at CH2M HILL, overseeing design processes for major residential and commercial developments in the UAE and Oman. From August 2014 to December 2021, Andy held positions as Associate Project Manager and Regional Director at AECOM, leading projects for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation and managing multidisciplinary teams across the UK. Andy holds a BSc(Hons) in Construction Management from Nottingham Trent University and an HNC in Civil Engineering from Burton College.
