Andy Keasley

Andy Keasley is an experienced railway engineer and manager, currently serving as Associate Director of Systems Engineering at AECOM since 2024. They previously held significant roles, including Head of Rolling Stock, Signalling & Power Asset Management and Planning at Metronet Rail, where they developed long-term asset management strategies valued over £3 billion. They contributed as a Senior Rail Systems Engineer at Bechtel Corporation, ensuring design compliance for HS2 Phase 2b. Additionally, Andy co-founded NuAspect Limited, a rail consultancy, where they managed operations and developed technical documentation for various projects. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in railway systems engineering, asset management, and technical assurance.
