Andy Paddock, PE, is the Director of Engineering for the U.S. West Region in Buildings + Places at AECOM. They previously held the position of Senior Structural Engineer at KL&A Engineers and Builders and served as the Structural Team Leader at URS Corporation from 2007 to 2014. Andy's early career included roles as a Project/Structural Engineer at RMG Engineers Group and as a Structural Engineer at MGA Structural Engineers Inc. They have been a lecturer and structural consultant at the University of Colorado Denver since 2012. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural) from Colorado State University.
