Anthony Dowell, GISP, IAM, currently serves as Associate Vice President and Water Business Line Leader for the Greater Maryland Area at AECOM since November 2008. In addition to this role, Anthony is an Adjunct Faculty member and GIS Curriculum Developer with the Mid-Atlantic Center for Emergency Management & Public Safety Programs at Frederick Community College, a position held since January 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Geographic Information Systems and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and Environmental Systems, both obtained from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
