Ardalan Nikou

Ardalan Nikou is the Engineering Department Manager at AECOM North America, where they oversee special civil engineering services in the Honolulu office. With over 30 years of experience in structural design, civil engineering, and geotechnical engineering, Ardalan specializes in areas such as dam engineering, landslide mitigation, and stream bank restoration. Ardalan holds an Engineer’s Degree in Architectural Engineering and a Master's in Geotechnical Engineering, both from the University of Colorado Boulder. They are also a licensed professional engineer in Hawaii and Alaska and a registered contractor in Hawaii.
