Arjun Thapar

Arjun Thapar, P.Eng., is currently the Track and Civil Design Team Lead at AECOM, where they oversee a team of junior technical and support staff, ensuring the delivery of complex project deliverables. From 2015 to 2025, Arjun worked as a Track and Civil Design Engineer at AECOM, contributing to significant projects like the Waterloo LRT Phase 1 and the Kitchener Corridor Expansion. Arjun began their engineering career through internships at TTC, where they gained hands-on experience in surveying and civil engineering. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Engineering Business from the University of Toronto.
