Ash Welch

Ash Welch is an accomplished biodiversity and sustainability professional currently serving as the Biodiversity Lead and Nature Positive Lead at AECOM in Singapore, where responsibilities include leading biodiversity impact assessments and developing nature-based solutions across Asia. With a strong background that includes experience as a Senior Green Infrastructure & Biodiversity Specialist, Ash has been instrumental in advancing biodiversity net gain strategies and utilizing immersive technology for ecological communication. Co-founding Non-Fungible Gang, Ash also has previous experience as a Corporate Partnerships Officer at RSPB, managing partnerships for wildlife conservation, and has a robust educational foundation with a Master of Science in Species Identification & Survey Skills from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Southampton.
