Ashraf Saad

Ashraf Saad has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, having held various leadership positions across multiple companies. At Abu Dhabi Municipality, Ashraf served as Projects Director for Abu Dhabi island projects from November 2009 to December 2016. Ashraf then joined AECOM, where the roles included Branch Lead Civil & Infrastructure for Abu Dhabi & Western Region, Civil & Infrastructure Director, Regional Director for the same region, and Vice President for UAE Operations in Civil Infrastructure from April 2019 to August 2022. Prior to this, Ashraf worked at Parsons as a Senior Highway Designer and Project Manager from May 2006 to November 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Manchester - Manchester Business School, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
