Bane Gaiser serves as the Executive Vice President for Global Buildings & Places and Chief Executive for the Americas East & LATAM at AECOM, overseeing growth, operational performance, and client account management across various Design & Consulting Services. With 27 years of experience, Bane has held leadership roles at AECOM, including Sr. Vice President and Managing Principal for the Central region's Buildings + Places practice. Prior to AECOM, Gaiser was a Managing Principal and President of HNTB Architecture, as well as Associate Vice President and Director of Architecture for the Kansas City District. Bane holds a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Kansas.
